The goal of this program is to develop a comprehensive competitive aquatics program of national interest. This area could potentially support a team of 50 plus divers in regards to the competitive aspect. There will also be a Master’s diving program which should top 30 participants ready to assist younger divers, coaches, and other programs such as swimming, water polo, and synchronized swimming. There will also be an effort to provide professional assistance/growth on all aquatic levels to the Collier County School District and to Collier County residents. If everyone becomes focused on the goal of lifelong aquatics then we can develop a comprehensive vision and a goal for our youth. Positive re-enforcement in all levels will ensure maximum retention of individuals in these programs. Servant-leadership with a Just-In-Time education delivery system needs to be the model for all athlete and non-athlete leadership positions. This is a five year developmental program which will take over a hundred dedicated external individuals dedicated to this program to reach fruition.
